Business Activity Monitoring Vendors

Below is a list of Business Activity Monitoring vendors who are leading the sector. Since Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) was coined by Gartner in July of 2001, we've seen a flurry of entrants into this space (which we call the BAMwagon). Many vendors will also have functionality lending themselves to corporate performance monitoring/management (CPM). They can usually be classified as a combination of these three areas:

1) Top-down business focus (like data mining, visualization and business intelligence)
2) Event Notification Services (alerts from transactional operations)
3) EAI and plumbing (providing technical infrastructure like real-time messaging)
